Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts in warehouse/distribution environments
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
- Operate in temperature-controlled environments (0-40°F)
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (night shift: 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Previous experience in cold storage preferred
