Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Equipment: Drive and operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials in the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, tag, and stock inventory to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Perform order picking and packing duties efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork regarding load manifests and equipment checks.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail when handling inventory.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
