We are looking for night shift talent to help us manage our high-volume inventory in our state-of-the-art Milwaukee facility. Your Role Will Involve:
- Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Performing daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification.
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability to work nights (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
