Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with RF scanning technology
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and dock areas
- Operate warehouse management system (WMS) for order processing
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends/shifts
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
