Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and packages
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for all material movements
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards at all times
- Inspect equipment before shifts and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and efficiency
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized work areas
- Participate in ongoing training programs for equipment operation and safety
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required - we provide comprehensive paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexibility to work night shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
