Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Inspect products for quality compliance before packaging
- Meet productivity standards (150-200 orders/day)
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training provided)
- Reliable transportation to 2150 Arch Street
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Availability for flexible shifts (morning/afternoon/weekend)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
