Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trailers and materials in a safe and timely manner.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure all safety protocols are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Scan and track inventory accurately using handheld scanners or WMS systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and efficiency.
- Assist in moving heavy pallets and materials within the facility.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM) consistently.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations.
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
