Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, or Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks in compliance with safety standards and shipping schedules.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and palletizing.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA 10/30 Forklift Certification is required.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
