Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse/production areas
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Train new operators on equipment handling and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
