Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently during shift handovers and bulk operations.
- Assist in the organization of bulk storage areas to maximize space utilization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation.
