Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Execute inventory control procedures using RF scanning technology
- Load/unload trailers with precise pallet stacking techniques
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Maintain OSHA compliance through rigorous safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Train new operators on warehouse SOPs and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 2+ years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Clean MVR and ability to pass background/drug screening
