Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and document any maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock in designated zones.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist in the packaging and preparation of outbound shipments.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
