Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization in the warehouse.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (CFL) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
