What You'll Do: Safely operate forklifts to move materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with safety protocols in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport materials within the facility
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision
- Manage inventory using WMS systems and scanning technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for night shifts and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
