Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a timely manner
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in receiving, stacking, and staging inventory accurately
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or industrial equipment experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Flexible schedule availability (night shifts 10 PM - 6 AM)
