Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environment
- Safely load/unroll containers and flatbed trucks
- Maintain inventory accuracy using barcode scanners
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with receiving/shipping teams
- Basic warehouse cleanup and organization duties
Qualifications
- No experience necessary - we train all operators
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Valid California ID (driver's license preferred)
