Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts using barcode technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid state ID and ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must pass drug screening and forklift certification training
