Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of all warehouse activities
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency and workflow
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory in designated areas
- Support other warehouse operations as needed to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Basic math skills for inventory management
