Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to maintain compliance.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a clutter-free, safe working environment.
- Pick, pack, and stage inventory orders with high accuracy to minimize errors.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License (Class B or CDL preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory tracking systems.
