Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
- Load and unload shipments accurately to ensure inventory integrity.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety regulations and warehouse protocols strictly.
- Assist in inventory counting, stock organization, and order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse managers.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for lifting heavy objects up to 50lbs.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (provided).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
