Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock in designated storage areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety guidelines and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking on concrete.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided by the employer).
