Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and reconciling stock against pick lists.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and hazard communication procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL not required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
