Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory safely and efficiently
- Inspect equipment daily for operational safety and report maintenance issues
- Load/unload trucks and containers following company protocols and safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide full paid training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification through our training program
