Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision and safety
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock rotation systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team on order fulfillment tasks
- Organize and maintain clean, hazard-free work zones
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to obtain OSHA certification
