Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and perform cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment goals
- Inspect and prepare products for secure storage and transport
Qualifications
- Must be available for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM or 12 PM - 12 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
