Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments using proper stacking techniques
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team for smooth workflow
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid Texas driver's license (Class D)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Flexible availability for weekend/night shifts
