Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment to ensure inventory accuracy and product availability.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Process incoming and outgoing orders efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all orders meet our high-quality standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation and be willing to work scheduled shifts.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills; ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
