Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones using systematic stacking methods
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support warehouse operations including order fulfillment and stock rotation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No forklift experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
