Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect, pack, and label products according to quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in monthly safety audits and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
