Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to streamline operations and meet deadlines
- Perform basic warehouse duties including stacking, organizing, and securing materials
- Participate in cross-functional training programs to expand skillset
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (Class D) preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
