Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials and products within warehouse facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Follow strict safety guidelines and OSHA regulations at all times
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver's license (required for internal transport)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
