Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials within the warehouse safely.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers in a timely and organized manner.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated storage zones to ensure accurate tracking.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior forklift experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand inventory labels.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
