Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve items using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Pack merchandise securely to ensure safe transit to customers.
- Verify product accuracy and inspect for damages before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for reading labels and scanners.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk on warehouse floors.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
