Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Stack and organize inventory in designated racking areas with accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of potential hazards.
- Assist in inventory counting and record-keeping tasks.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; we are looking for candidates willing to learn.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticket verification.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
