Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure operational safety and functionality.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock records to support supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
- Report any damaged goods, unsafe conditions, or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain a forklift operator certification (training provided upon hire).
- Basic math and reading skills for reading labels and operating machinery.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
