Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport palletized goods using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Verify quantities and accuracy of incoming and outgoing stock using handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, paperwork, and shift reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: Candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply; training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory counts and safety checks.
