Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any mechanical issues.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform general warehouse duties including scanning items and packing orders.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be able to pass a forklift certification course provided by the employer.
