Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secure and organized.
- Perform daily safety inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist with inventory control, including scanning items and verifying stock levels.
- Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe work environment for everyone.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training for the right candidates).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
