Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move goods.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, railcars, and conveyors.
- Inspect forklifts daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) required.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job forklift training.
- Strong attention to detail and safety orientation.
