Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections on all equipment to ensure mechanical safety and functionality.
- Sort, stack, and organize inventory to maintain accurate stock levels and warehouse organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to fulfill daily shipping and receiving orders promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Document daily activities and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job forklift certification training.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
