Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to load and unload materials.
- Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Assist in the receiving, stocking, and organization of inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn and be trained.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to safety and inventory details.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic calculations for inventory.
