Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure all safety protocols are met.
- Organize inventory and stock shelves in an efficient and orderly manner to maintain optimal workflow.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling and warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and shipping targets within established timeframes.
- Report any mechanical issues with equipment or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- No prior forklift experience is required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand safety labels and inventory tags.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying shift schedules.
