Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure they meet packaging standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Verify order accuracy by checking labels, barcodes, and quantities.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts) safely when authorized.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
