Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts for any mechanical issues and perform routine pre-shift inspections.
- Organize and stock inventory in a neat and orderly fashion to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Load and unload trucks accurately using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Must be able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
