Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated areas to ensure accurate stock counts and easy retrieval.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your team.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and meeting delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the forklift and surrounding storage zones.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift operator certification through our training program.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills for labeling and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
