Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Select and prepare customer orders with high accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and maintaining accurate stock levels to ensure inventory integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and power jacks to transport goods.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and orderly to facilitate smooth operations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners are preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
