Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and perform routine safety checks before starting shifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience is required; we will train you.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator license within the first week of employment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification.
