Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse.
- Stack and organize inventory on racks and shelves according to safety protocols.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and tracking.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Must be willing to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training!).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
