Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move, locate, and stock merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Perform daily inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose facility.
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification.
