Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Meet daily productivity goals in fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team leads for efficient workflow
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Valid driver’s license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
